If you have received a wrong, or faulty item, please contact us within three days of receiving the item via email at email@example.com with your order number, photos of the wrong/ faulty item(s). If you contact us after three days the item(s) are delivered, unfortunately, we will be unable to process any exchanges or refunds. Please note, to be eligible for a return for refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the faulty, or wrong item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the wrong, or faulty item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, you will have the option of:
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds are only made to items that cannot be replaced due to discontinuation. To be eligible for refunds, you must return the faulty, or wrong item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty, or wrong item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund of the full purchase price of your item will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For shipping details and shipping cost regarding a return, please review our Shipping a Return Policy stated below.
SHIPPING A RETURN
Prior to shipping a return, you are required to state the corresponding return authorization number, also known as the RE. No., on the front of the return package. This RE.No. will be issued to you upon your contact with us about the return. Items without the corresponding RE No. will not be eligible for return and will be not processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (from NATNATmade! to your address) will be deducted from your refund. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach to us and the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
NATNATmade!, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NATNATmade!, will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information (if applicable), and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
